Iceland reports two greenhouse gas budgets to UNFCC and Eurostat Air Emissions Accounts (AEA). The UNFCCC budget comprises emissions occuring within Icelandic borders whereas the AEA budget comprises emissions occuring within the Icelandic economy. |
